Booking and Contract
To secure your desired date, we recommend booking 9 to 18 months in advance, especially for popular dates during wedding season.
Yes, a date is considered reserved only after signing the contract and paying the deposit (advance). The deposit amount is detailed in your quote.
The deposit is non-refundable. If the date is postponed, we will transfer the deposit to the new date, provided we are available. Details are clearly defined in the contract.
Absolutely! We work worldwide. Check out our WORLDWIDE Highlight for examples! Travel and accommodation costs are arranged with the couple.
Yes, we commit in the contract to engage our key videographers. We guarantee that filming and editing will be done by members of the Šile DreamTeam.
Wedding Day
It depends on the package. [BASIC] focuses on key moments, [STANDARD] covers almost the entire day and celebration until the cake, while [PREMIUM] covers the entire day. We arrive first, stay until the last official wedding event plus about 1 hour. We also do a second-day shoot in this package.
The second videographer is responsible for filming from different angles (guest reactions, wide shots, family emotions, balcony shots in the church, drone, wide shots of the celebration, first dance, etc.).
Drone footage is included in [STANDARD] and [PREMIUM] packages. Filming depends exclusively on weather conditions and local legal regulations (flight zones).
Yes. We need to be provided a meal during the celebration. This allows us a short break without leaving the venue, ensuring we don't miss any important moments.
Always. We come with multiple cameras and backup audio recorders to eliminate any risk of technical failure.
Editing and Delivery
It depends on the package. [BASIC] is (approx. 45min), [STANDARD] is a bit longer (approx. 60-80min), while [PREMIUM] is made in two versions: Long (approx. 2-3h) and Short (approx. 45min). REEL lasts approx. 30-40 sec, Trailer approx. 60-80 sec.
Delivery time for REEL is a few days. Delivery time for the final video is usually 30-60 days, with a maximum deadline of 90 days specified in the contract.
Of course! You'll suggest a genre or a few favorite songs and we'll select appropriate music that perfectly matches the rhythm and emotions of the film.
The final video is delivered on a USB stick in 4K and Full HD resolution, except for the [BASIC] package which is in Full HD resolution, plus a link for online download and sharing. The [PREMIUM] package includes publication on Youtube.
In principle, No. We deliver exclusively the final, edited product. That is what represents our artistic work and guaranteed quality.
Style and Specifics
Classic filming is a video recording. Cinematic filming (our style) is a story edited with cinematic (unusual) and super slow motion shots, advanced color correction, professional editing and audio processing.
REEL is a dynamic, short video (usually 30-40 seconds) with the most beautiful moments of your day and shots from the shoot, perfectly optimized for quick sharing on Instagram and TikTok. Trailer is almost identical to REEL, just a bit longer and less dynamic than REEL, and is placed at the beginning of the film.
We use the Highlight Reel for promotion. If you explicitly do not want public publication, we will respect that and define it in the contract. The Youtube video is "Unlisted" or "Private", meaning it is not public.
We focus on natural filming of guests and atmosphere, but we can record short messages from guests, best man, and family depending on the package and your wishes.
